Join Me for the Craving Balance Free Workshop Teleclass

As a result of my 15 Days of Work/Life Balance, I connected with a lot of people who are striving to achieve balance like I am. I also connected with some trainers and coaches that specialize in helping others achieve balance.

One of these people is Lisa Gates from Craving Balance. Along with her business partner, Beth Gordon, she offers workshops and retreats in the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara areas. I've always wanted to attend a self-improvement kind of retreat and so when Lisa let me know that they were bringing their workshop/retreat content to a teleclass format, I didn't think twice about signing up. Especially since they want to make sure they've got it tweaked as closely to perfection as possible and are offering their charter class for free. Yes, free.

Here's why they're offering it in teleclass format (from their website):

  • Women want to set goals and get in balance not just to feel organized and in control—but to make a difference.

  • Every woman has a dream they've postponed turning into a goal. Most have more than one. And it's been haunting them for years.

  • Women discover that their limiting beliefs, once uncovered, offer powerfully useful information.

  • After creating declarations, everyone says, "I get it. It's so simple and obvious. Setting goals comes naturally now."

  • Women turn their dreams into goals with deadlines and those goals end up on their schedules and to-do lists.

  • Real tangible things happen...like new jobs, new relationships, bigger clients...that were nowhere in sight before.

  • Our followup accountability is one of the primary keys to the workshop's success for this reason: women love to connect, and accountability is effortless in that connection.

Now of course, it's free but there are some strings attached...this is what they ask for in return (again, from their website):

  • Clear your schedule so you can show up for all 4 weekly sessions by phone.

  • Invite your network and blog community to join you.

  • Do the homework in between sessions and actively participate in the clients-only blog.

  • Talk and blog about your experience and become our advocates.

  • Complete our evaluations when the teleclass is finished.

  • Keep in touch to let us know your progress.

  • Give us permission to blog and talk and write about you, your blogs and your businesses so we can all enjoy the process as much as we enjoy chocolate!

I really hope you can join me for this...I love teaching others about branding and marketing but there comes a time when I need to ramp up my learning for areas of my own life.
