Baby (Finally) Got Back with the Ultimate in Wii Fitness
We're just over halfway through our EA SPORTS Active 30 Day Challenge and while some days are tougher than others, it's going great!
Thanks to my personal trainer in a box, Julian, I'm starting to see more definition in my arms and legs and I'm surprising myself with what I'm able to accomplish (40 seconds of squat HOLDS, anyone?)
Now before I share with you the added benefit, let me get a little personal with you about my body.
I've never been what you would call curvy. When they came out with the "boyfriend cut" jeans? Those were designed for people like me. Even at my heaviest, I was simply thicker, no voluptousness at all.
However, after working out with the Wii fitness game, EA SPORTS Active...I'm proud to say I'm finally getting some "back", some junk in the trunk, if you will. I've always looked like I've had a pancake on a backside. No more. And because it's there from squats, lunges, and virtual in-line skating and not from donuts or milkshakes? I'm pretty darn excited about it!
There won't be many times you'll find me talking about my rear end on Jessica Knows, however, in this case I was ecstatic that there was finally something to say!
